Tusson-Print is an authorized agent of the leading printing materials manufacturers such as SUN CHEMICAL (printing inks, Moscow branch), AGFA GRAPHICS (printing plates and chemicals, Belgium), ECKART (ALTANA) (metallized inks and pigments, Germany), TRELLEBORG (Vulcan offset blankets, Italy), SCHWEGMANN (printing chemicals, Germany), LEIPA (paper, Germany), MARABU (screen printing inks, Germany), SCHMID RHYNER (printing varnishes, Switzerland) and others.

We provide comprehensive technological support to our customers, both remote and on site, and guarantee that all the deliveries are performed on time and in full compliance with our customers’ production requirements. Our warehouse in Minsk accommodates at least 1-2 months stock of the consumables required by our regular customers. Most of the consumables are supplied by Tusson-Print to the end-users on the basis of long-term annual contracts and agreements.

Our logistic department ensures a complete set of documents for transport of the equipment and smooth customs clearance at the point of destination.

Tusson-Print service engineers have been trained and certified at the manufacturers’ plants in Canada, Germany, UK, Norway, Belgium, Italy, Spain and continue to work on their knowledge and qualifications. They participate in the installation and commissioning of the sold equipment, provide post-sales warranty service including consultation of the users on operation and maintenance of the equipment, monitoring its condition, troubleshooting, detection of software errors, determining of the nature of malfunctions and investigating the possibility and practicability of repair of faulty parts.
